At Global PM Training, we strive to provide high-quality training programs. However, we understand that sometimes circumstances change. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and flexible.

All refunds are processed in the original payment method. Refunds are issued within 7-10 working days of receiving a valid refund request.

Course-Specific Refund Terms

1. Online Courses:

• Full refund if requested at least 30 days before course start date.
• 50% refund if requested between 15-29 days before course start date.
• No refund if requested less than 15 days before course start date.

1. Live Instructor-Led Courses:

• Full refund if requested at least 45 days before course start date.
• 75% refund if requested between 30-44 days before course start date.
• 50% refund if requested between 15-29 days before course start date.
• No refund if requested less than 15 days before course start date.

Exceptions

1. Completed Courses: No refunds are given for courses already completed or accessed.
2. Bundled Offers: Refunds for bundled courses are calculated proportionally based on the individual course prices.

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support team at support@blue-ibex-339305.hostingersite.com. Include your order number, reason for cancellation, and preferred refund method.

Dispute Resolution

In case of any dispute regarding refunds, both parties agree to resolve the matter amicably. If unresolved, the matter shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
